Honor the Legacy
In 1993 Dom began a long and distinguished career as a firefighter and paramedic in the cities of Poway, Oceanside, and Santa Monica, ultimately retiring from Santa Monica Fire Department in March of 2023. The number of lives he touched in service to these communities is dwarfed only by the impact he had providing help to friends and family with projects, problems and support.
The Santa Monica Firefighters Relief Fund meant a lot to Dom because of their mission.
The Santa Monica Firefighters Relief Fund was established to aid families of firefighters who bravely served the community, who became seriously injured, suffered catastrophic illness, or were killed in the line of duty. The non-profit organization assists those families with related costs such as medical procedures, equipment, and funeral expenses. The non-profit’s funds are also appropriated to support local schools, youth groups, and civic organizations in the Santa Monica community.
